Decal and Vinyl Installer • (02.2021 - 08.2021)

I was in charge of vinyl decal installs on amtrak train cars. I was later brought on as a project manager and eventually moved up to doing vinyl wraps and decal install on locomotives and light rail vehicles. I was responsible for doing workspace maintenance and managing our existing inventory of decals and product qualitiy tests.

I started working here doing printing and production design for a small upscale printing firm. I was working on learning and maintaining a FlatBed HP Latex Printer. I would prepare materials for install, cut materials, package up prints for delivery. There was customer service interaction and general shop upkeep and order processing as well.

I was in charge of running and maintaining an Oce Arizona GT 350 Flatbed Printer, HP Latex Printer, a Roland Cutter-Printer and many other machines.
I also specialized in design and sign fabrication. I was a field installer for our vinyl & decal division and I ran all the ONYX software and RIP cutting software.

I managed a print department at a full scale print shop. They specialized in large format printing, screen printing, embroidery, vehicle wraps, vinyl installation and full graphic design support. We also did full wrap designs

I was in charge of designing exhibit graphics for each exhibit that
was shipped. I did all the in-house vinyl installation and coordinated
with an off-site printer to manage production schedules. I traveled for
work and I was a lead in charge of setting up & breaking down
exhibits on site.

I was a lead for the headphone packaging department for one of
the nations largest consumer electronics companies. I designed,
press-checked, proofed packaging and released printed media
before it was shipped into domestic & international markets.

I was a manager for the visual media department which involved
on location video shoots, video editing, website maintenance, web
campaigns, marketing materials for web and print, email blasts
and full-page website takeovers, etc.
